I would like for my students to participate in all sports. Being active every day can help improve heart health and fitness, develop strong muscles, bones and good posture, maintain a healthy weight, improve concentration and memory, and improve sleep. Not getting enough physical activity can put a teenager at risk of overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression and type-2 diabetes. Exposing students to a variety of sports with help them to become active adults for life. I just want my students to have fun and to stay healthy.

About my class
