This project will help my classroom in so many ways. I teach Culinary Arts at a rural high school in Texas. My pots and pans are aging and difficult to use. Non-stick pots and pans will make the cooking process and clean up so much easier. The Instant-pots will aid greatly in giving students access to the latest kitchen technology they may use in their homes. Also, our classes have been shortened from one and a half hours down to forty-five minutes, so being able to prepare recipes faster by utilizing the instant pot will help out a lot. In summary, this project will change how my classroom functions for the better and I hope you choose to fund it.
