How can a biology class get students to buy in?! Long lectures, reading the book, working on designing labs only goes so far. How to get students to practice the content to gain mastery? Escape Rooms! In these lessons, students must work together in teams to problem solve and review all of the content of the last unit while the clock is running! This is a great way to tackle the dreaded worksheet. During each escape room review they will have to know the content to complete the challenge. It will also highlight for students what they need to review before the test.
