Hi! My fifth grade class is a positive learning community. I'm always on the lookout for new ways to actively engage all my students and make learning fun! I've taught in four different school districts and have worked with hundreds of schools across the country on service-learning initiatives to allow kids to help other kids and make a positive difference in their community. In this time, I have encountered some fantastic techniques that I would love to utilize in my fifth grade classroom this year and for years to come. My goal is to allow students to love learning and provide them with opportunities to apply their learning to better the world outside the classroom door.
