  • Learning Through Technology

    Thank you so much for helping to fund my class project. My students were so thrilled to hear the news when the email arrived. Having access to a class Chromebook will allow my students to grow and learn through the use of technology. My class will be able to use reading and math programs which will make learning feel like a game. As soon as the box arrived there were cheers and so many smiles. They could hardly wait to open the box and plug it in! My class is over the moon with excitement. Without your generosity this would not be possible so thank you again!     Thank you so much for helping to fund my class project. My students were so thrilled to hear the news when the email arrived this morning. They have needed a comfortable way to write while sitting on the carpet and the lap desk does just that! The clipboards will allow my student to take their learning on the go. We will now be able to write while walking around our classroom and even outside. Having clothes pins to hold the pages onto the clipboards makes sure every student is able to stay on the correct page. My class is so excited to begin using these new items and we can not thank you enough for your generosity.”

Your donation has allowed my student to get materials that will help them learn how to count and solve math problems as well as learn their letters and sounds sending them on the path to becoming readers!

    As the packages began to arrive we could hardly wait to open them. Everyone gathered around as the package was opened. Once they discovered what was inside their cheers could be heard through out the halls! We opened each item and set them up right away.

  • Look What I Can Do!

    I can not begin to express how very thankful I am to you! It is because of your generosity that I was able to see my student's faces light up! My class was so excited about getting the beautiful bulletin board paper and book binding machine, Everyday they would ask if it had arrived. When the day came and we opened the boxes the students all cheered. I quickly changed out our bulletin board just in time for Nevada reading week. All the students got to make decorations to place on the board. The next project was for them to make their very own book to add to our class library. My class loved creating and making books and they are the first ones checked out of the library. All of this was possible because of you! Thank you so very much.”

Transitioning from distance learning back to in person learning takes some organization! Students are better able to focus on learning when they are not struggling to keep supplies accessible, neat, and tidy. I am requesting seat back chair pockets which will organize student materials with ease. These chair pockets will hold everything from pencils to books and folders in one place without causing distraction throughout lessons. Organizing materials in pockets on the back of their chairs will refocus my students' attention on lesson activities rather than the possible messy desks in front of them.

About my class
