Having several options for seating is important to maintaining focus in the classroom. Several of my students deal with ADHD and have trouble concentrating during class. Giving students ways to move around or fidget can help them regain that focus while learning. Stability discs and wobble stools are a way to aid in student focus. Students can have their bodies moving in a way that isn't distracting to the learning process, but can also help them concentrate on classroom instruction. All students are different have different needs in order to perform to the best of their ability in the classroom.
