Because we work in the classroom with limited time for cleanup, Kwik Stix will be an invaluable resource for many projects, for years to come. My classes need tempera sticks to explore art in a way that markers and crayons cannot provide. When studying painters, my students will get the opportunity to use paint in a similar way. Giving the students markers doesn't create the impact I'd like to see, and the effect isn't the same. I want to give my students as many opportunities and creative tools as possible. They deserve the excitement and satisfaction that a creative work of art can bring.
