I am so blessed to teach at a school with a VERY diverse population. There are students from Iraq, Turkey, Russia, the Marshall Islands, and many other places around the world. Many of our students have been in the USA for a very short time and know very little English. We also have a very large percentage of our students living in extreme poverty (88%). Most of them are not exposed to much technology. I am so lucky to get to teach these funny, bright, talented kids each day and provide them with a loving and nurturing place to grow.
