My students are hard-working and kind young adults who are in need of resources. The community is comprised of dedicated and diligent families who may be economically challenged. I am trying to supplement my classroom with resources that increase their print and non-print literacy. My students have dreams of college and a bright future, but have to supplement certain resources to meet their needs to get them there. My goal is to prepare them for the demands of the "REAL WORLD" and a competitive economy that demands they think critically, write thoughtfully and speak with purpose and listen with care.
