My students and I have lost all of our resources because of flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Our school was completely destroyed and we don't have a campus to report to anymore. My students need modern electronic devices that will help make them successful in the 21st century. Due to lack of access to technology at home, these students will benefit tremendously from having tablets in the classroom. In order to be competitive, these eager learners need access to tools that their more affluent counterparts have readily available. The lack of funding, socioeconomic status, or where they reside should not play a role in their academic success.
