We have been learning about the structure of matter, chemicals, and chemical reactions. I would like for my students to be able to learn about The Law of Conservation of Matter and chemical reactions by actually performing at least one! We will start by going over the chemical formulas for the reactants, and after we will compare them to the chemical formulas for the products, but in between how nice would it be if these kids could actually perform the reaction themselves instead of just reading about it on a screen? It's something I know they'll remember forever!
