It has been a long year and half that these middle schoolers have been out of the art classroom. The clay and glazes I have requested will help me teach students about the clay process, how clay is useful to today societies, and will give my students the opportunity to touch clay for the first time. This project will give my students the hands-on experience of a lifetime. From pinch pot, coil bowls, and maybe a small animal, my students will learn how to work with clay and glazes. I will have 3 different projects that will allow me to meet some accommodation needs for some students.
