I have a room of bright-eyed, full of wonder second graders. These sweet children are like a sponge and want to soak up as much as they can. They live in a community that is impoverished. Sometimes worrying about dinner comes before homework. Their school is a safe, warm place for them to dream what is beyond their imagination. Teachers give them hope that they can do better for themselves. We provide resources that will help them achieve success. Since we are a Title 1 school our resources are limited.

About my class
