Our students love to come to physical education class! Currently I will have to to teach with a mask on. As we all know, it is harder to hear to what people say through their masks. In the gym setting it will be even harder for students to hear me. This microphone system will allow students to hear me give instruction, encouragement, and having fun during class. It will also allow students the opportunity to be heard when they have been given leadership roles during class. Students will gain confidence through these roles and public speaking skills. The microphone system will play many roles in the physical education program for the teacher and students. The system will give all students equal opportunity to hear the teacher's voice for successful class participation and growth. Class time will be better utilized if I do not have to repeat myself because students cannot hear me through the mask. The microphone system will enhance the classroom but mostly by how much more students will be able to do during class.
