Working in an inner city school has always been my dream. I teach in a high poverty district with a diverse population of students. They come to school from many different types of homes. I always remind myself that each of them are fighting a battle I know very little about. I absolutely love them! When teaching such a wide range of levels and abilities, differentiation is key. Fairness is not everyone getting the same thing; it's everyone getting what they need!
