I am a Kindergarten teacher who works at an arts magnet/public school. We are classified as a focus school because of our high percentage of free and reduced lunch. Our students chose this school because we are able to provide them with more diverse experiences in our curriculum. Unfortunately. budget cuts have made these experiences harder to come by.
