With flexible seating, students will be able to learn the way they are the most comfortable. I will be able to maximize student achievement because students will be engaged and comfortable when learning. Students learn in many different ways. By incorporating flexible seating, I will be able to accommodate children with all learning needs. All students are unique and deserve the best possible chance to learn, and this will only compliment what they “learn” in books and social interaction. This will also strengthen core muscles so students may not always need flexible seats. Some of the flexible seating options include: wobble chairs, comfy floor seats, soft seats, and balance ball seats. All serve a different purpose, and work for different children’s needs.
