My students work diligently throughout the day, whether is be a typical day of learning and collaborating or a day of state testing. Flexible seating helps children decrease their need to fidget thus resulting in improved focus and better attention and engagement. In addition, these seats help with improved balance, core strength, coordination and self-regulation. By donating to this project you will not only help students academic engagement, but also improve their physical and mental health. Lastly, flexible seating can help students with special needs such as ADHD and sensory processing disorders without drawing special attention to students with different needs.

About my class
