My students come from a Title I school in Utah, and about half are of Hispanic origin. They come to our charter school looking for a better educational environment than most of the regular public schools currently offer. Our school is all about helping every student reach their potential. It doesn't matter what race or cultural background they come from. Our students work very hard and generally have parents who are willing to help them. Students at our school wear a simple uniform to help guard against discrimination, and most have to travel quite far to get to our school. It is exciting to see students who have had difficulties in the past, come and soar in their educational achievements at our school.
