I am a first semester teacher building a classroom. The supplies I've chosen will help create a comfortable learning environment for hands-on learning. The dice will foster intentional discussion among piers. Middle schoolers can often seem "too cool for school" however, they ARE eager to learn! The games I've selected will help them have fun, while learning how to use their voice, stand up for their choices, and gain confidence in the classroom. The rug and chairs will create a "student center" where a change of pace in the classroom can offer new insights and remove the pressures of a normal class setting at times. We all work best when we enjoy the place we are in! Thank you for helping my students succeed!
