In our classroom we have 19 students this year. There are 9 boys and 10 girls. Our school is in a very small town of approximately 2,000. In first grade reading is an all important subject we work hard on all year! We spend at least 90 minutes a day on reading. By the end of first grade, we always hope the children have developed a love of reading that will carry them through the rest of their lives.

About my class
