It is hard to believe that I have been teaching for over two decades. A lot has changed in education during that time. (To think I didn't even a computer in my building when I started teaching and now many schools have several labs!) "What" I teach, the curriculum and content, has changed almost every year for me but "how" I teach hasn't. I enjoy engaging the learners in the classroom with hands-on projects. Technology has become an integral part of learning and what students encounter in real life daily. I appreciate the parents and community members that support our classroom learning and are able to donate their time, expertise, or money to the learning happening every day in our school. Thank you!
