We would love to create an extracurricular LEGO robotics program for our students to grow and thrive in. We need three robots, so we can keep our teams small and engaging. Students will begin by building their robots and customizing them based upon the problems they are solving. They'll learn the basics of coding their robot to move forward and do basic turns. Over time, our coding will become more complex to allow our robots to navigate obstacle courses, lift objects, and even move autonomously! Not only does this give students opportunities to let their leadership shine; it also provides amazing problem-solving and teamwork opportunities. Through creativity, perseverance and teamwork, I know each student will see amazing success in our robotics program.
