I teach at a low income area Title 1 school where the kids are not exposed to much extra help outside of school so any extra exposure we can give them to technology, etc will be a great asset to them! My kindergarten students could greatly benefit from having access to tablets. With the tablets I plan to download lots of literacy/reading/math resources for them to use in centers. I believe that this can help to increase their reading strategies as well as math.
