My school is a predominantly low socioeconomic school. For every eighteen students, maybe two to three of them are not considered at a low socioeconomic status. We are a Pre-K through 8 school. Many of the students will leave our school only to travel 20 to 30 miles in order to go to their next school local. In addition to being low socio, my students are also predominantly Native American. We have a very high sense of pride for our culture. My students are enthusiastic and ever persevering. In the end there are two words that I have to describe my students: proud and compassionate.
