My students are in need of quality resources that can teach them about current events happening in the world around them. A Time for Kids subscription will provide my students with monthly magazines that teach, challenge, and engage them. This kind of reading and critical thinking about the world around us will help them to become global citizens. Headphones are also in high demand in the classroom. Because we have been fortunate enough to acquire 5 of our very own Chromebooks, there are more opportunities for students to interact with technology, but we sometimes run into speedbumps when headphones are unavailable. The current headphones are shared between the entire grade, which means if they are being used by another classroom, my students do not have access. With the nature of headphones, I feel that it best for each student to have their own pair to rely on and take care of. We would be so grateful to have your support in this project. I know it will make a positive impact in their daily lives, and your support means the world to us!
