My students are excited about learning. They come to school with smiles on their face and an eagerness to learn. Many of them come from a lower socioeconomic background and do not have access to computers or Internet at home. More than half of the students qualify for free or reduced meal plans. With the integration of technology in our society today, it is important that they gain exposure and knowledge within our schools to help them succeed in the future. Just as the quote says above, it is the pen and paper of our time.
