We are at a low-income, Title 1 school. Many parents are not able to supply their children with the basic necessities for a successful school year. I have been fortunate enough to be able to supply most of the supplies necessary but it has become more difficult. When we have the materials necessary, my students work in harmony as a learning community and can express their thoughts and ideas. It also helps them stay organized and maintain the routine that children require in order to thrive. These supplies will help myself and students to create the learning environment that they deserve.

About my class
