Our second grade classrooms are home to a diverse group of learners. There is significant difference in the abilities of the students in our classrooms. Out of 77 students, six students have been identified for the Gifted and Talented pool, eleven are special needs students, and the majority of students are receiving extra help during pull out interventions for reading and math. Our school is a Title 1 school where approximately 61% of the children in our school qualify for free or reduced lunch. Our school places a great emphasis on relationships and community. At our school, we feel that our kiddos are tomorrows leaders. Your support will help us to become all that we can be by providing us with the resources that we need.
