I proudly serve exceptional learners in Pre-K–5th grade at Deerwood Academy, a Title I, IB PYP school where all students receive free breakfast and lunch. Our community is vibrant, family-centered, and rooted in pride, culture, and high expectations. Our scholars are energetic, curious, and eager to learn through hands-on, creative, and technology-rich experiences. In our classroom, every child is valued, supported, and celebrated for who they are. I create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes academic growth, confidence, independence, and social-emotional development. By integrating technology, small-group instruction, and personalized learning, I empower students to think critically, explore their interests, and build lifelong skills that prepare them to thrive as 21st-century learners and future leaders.
