I've never had my own microscopes! When we've done a lab that would typically require one, I'd have to find an online image of something under magnification of a microscope and print it out for my students to see. I'm looking forward to having a few of my own microscopes so I can finally give my students an authentic, genuine scientific experience! We use a lab-based curriculum, and without my own microscopes, I haven't been able to utilize the curriculum to its fullest potential to provide my students with truly hands-on experience in science. I can't wait to give them what they deserve!
