Every day, my students engage in math and literacy centers. Many times, students like to complete their work away from their desks. Therefore, they venture off towards other areas in the classroom. Currently, the softest space for them to learn at is on a rug in the whole-group learning area. Although doing work on a rug is slightly more comfortable than doing work on the bare floor, having cushioned floor seats will be even more comfortable and make learning more fun! By donating to this project, you will give my students a comfortable and proper work area away from their desks. Having floor seats will allow my children to sit properly on the floor while working independently or in a group and they will provide adequate support to their bodies. At the same time, floor seats will enable my children to comfortably engage in learning while away from their regularly assigned seating arrangements.
