My students come to school eager to read and learn. However, many of my students read below grade level and have a difficult time choosing appropriate books to read. My students are eager to read, but unfortunately, their interest levels do not match their reading levels. Books that they want to read are too hard, but they consider the books that are at their reading level as "baby books" or "too boring." This is a problem for many students that struggle with reading. Please help my students find joy in their reading. I am looking to expand my classroom library to include books that are considered high interest and low readability.
