My first grade class is a group of twenty energetic children who love to learn all that they can, whenever and wherever they can. My students are highly inquisitive and eager to learn each and everyday. They love coming to school and stepping into the world of learning where they get to "be all they can be" and strengthen their love of learning through literacy, math, science, social studies, technology, agriculture and much more. We are a Title One school in a small, rural community, with a very high poverty rate; even so, our staff and families want the very best for our students and strive to give them the very best education that we can. Ours is a tight-knit community with a consistent level of parent and community involvement.
