My second-grade students are a wonderful group of curious, energetic, and eager learners growing up in a close-knit small-town community. They come to school ready to explore the world, ask questions, make discoveries, and learn alongside their classmates. Each child brings unique interests, strengths, and learning styles to our classroom. For many of my students, our classroom is a place where they are developing the confidence to become independent learners and problem-solvers. They thrive when they are given opportunities to make choices, move, collaborate, and learn in ways that match their individual needs.
