The use of Chromebooks and iPads is a daily occurrence in my 1st grade classroom. They are utilized for small group phonics instruction, spelling games, independent centers for math and reading as well as writing and publishing narratives, informative and opinion pieces. In addition, one of the most important uses is for taking district reading comprehension assessments. Quality headphones that not only deliver crystal clear sound, but also provide a quiet learning environment are extremely important. The donation of high quality, individual headphones will allow my students to focus on their assessment instead of worrying about the volume of their computer. Thank you!
