I would love my students to have some different seating options as they work with groups, read to a buddy, or need a quiet, comfy place of their own. Students like to step away from their traditional desk and move freely in the room. A couch would be perfect for students to collaborate with each other, or read to a buddy. Some wobble chairs will allow them to exert some pent-up energy as they complete their tasks, and some some small seats will be perfect for them to move to a cozy spot in the room. These alternative seating options will allow my students to collaborate comfortably as they create their best work, and brighten up the classroom at the same time!
