With these book sets, children will be given the opportunity to expand their knowledge base while meeting the 4th grade content standards. The books we have chosen will allow us to reach our students at their ability and interest levels. We want to help our students become lifelong learners with a love for reading. Reading will enrich their lives and help them experience places and cultures they may not otherwise encounter. These resources will also help to increase fluency and comprehension. Please help us empower our students to grow and have the same opportunities and resources as their suburban counterparts.
