This year I am fortunate to be able to teach a class of high achieving students who are eager learners and are motivated to pursue higher learning. As their teacher, I feel that I should expose them to the best learning opportunities available. My school does the best to provide updated technology in the classrooms but due to the budget shortfalls in the recent years, it has been rather difficult. We have two computers in the classroom for 22 students to share. This is difficult to manage if the computers aren't in working order on a particular day. The students at my school don't have the same advantages at home that other students who live in more affluent communities might have. They come to school looking for the experience of using technology and other resources that we can provide to them.
