Our classroom is the “Apartment” where multiply disabled students learn and practice daily life skills. Basic cooking skills are paramount to acquiring independence. Our young adults learn healthy breakfast and lunch recipes they can prepare for themselves. The joy and sale satisfaction the students experience in the kitchen is priceless! We have two very used ovens in the room. One is no longer functional and one is on its last leg. My dream is to replace both, but starting with one and seeing how this goes! Thanks for your assistance.
