These students look forward to every opportunity they have to read an engaging book. However, the books we currently have are mostly decodable books and they do not always capture their interest. They would highly benefit from having access to high-quality books that maintain their interest and that are accessible to them in terms of their reading level. Having the right books will increase their love for reading as they continue in their learning journey. After all, that is all an educator wants to instill in her students. A love for learning and discovery and a good book could become the key to open doors.

About my class
