The students whom I have the privilege to teach are eighth graders, with the focus on social studies. The school make-up, as well as my classroom make-up, is becoming more culturally diverse every year. We are a small Title I school and are striving our best to make an impact on each student that will last far beyond the classroom. Our students come from all walks of life; however, being an agricultural community, some walks are tougher than others.
