My students are fourth graders in a low to low-mid socioeconomic area. There are 34 students in our classes, and since we work closely as a grade level team, there can be as many as 68 students together in one classroom. We have an ever increasing population of English language learners and economically disadvantage students. Nevertheless, they are curious, creative, and hard working students. They enjoy discovering new ideas and finding new ways to learn. They find excitement in learning and bring joy to it!

About my class
