The importance of students making connections to real-life events is immensely necessary and sometimes lacking. Allowing students to read about what is going on in the world from articles in TIME For Kids showing current events to how we can help our environment will expand their minds greatly. The sky IS the limit as children will be given resources that are relatable and empowering to learn from. I want my students to have that opportunity to instill an interest that goes beyond the classroom library and out into the world of the known and unknown.

About my class
