I teach 75 students on reading levels ranging from N-Z. With most of my experience being in the primary grades (K-2) I am limited with appropriate books for the higher levels. Additionally, having 75 students poses an issue when it comes time to borrow books! Many of the families I teach have difficulty getting books to read at home. Allowing them to borrow from school is a great way to help them grow as readers and build their stamina. With 75 students it becomes difficult to provide books for every family in need. With your help, I will be able to build my library with appropriate books and more students will be able to borrow them.
