I'm a special education teacher who provides support in the general education classroom to students with disabilities. Throughout my week I do pull small reading groups and social skills groups in a special education setting. I currently work the Advanced Learning Academy which is a Pre-K through 12th grade school. I'm currently at the campus that has Pre-K through 3rd grade. I'm always looking for new strategies and techniques that will help bridge the gap that my students currently have. My campus is in a Title 1 school district. 50% of our campus is consider economically disadvantage. My school has 16% special education population.
