I have a most wonderful class of first grade students! Some are fortunate to come from emotionally and financially secure homes where they are exposed to the world through family trips, conversations, books and technology. Others are not so lucky. They come needing to eat, still learning basic skills and with little of the 'real world' understanding that their peers have been exposed to. I appreciate that Donors Choose and its supporters help provide additional classroom resources to help me help them grow and develop their skills and self-confidence.

About my class
