My art students are 11th & 12th graders in a public school in suburban Dallas-Fort Worth. They are incredibly resourceful and inventive, given that our community is largely working-class. My students don't have a lot of money to spend on expensive art supplies and technology. Our school is very supportive of our program, but can only do so much to support us financially.
