Research shows that students learn best when they have some choice in their environment. The wobble chairs, wobble cushions, and balance ball seats will give my students choice, comfort, and movement which will help them stay engaged, focused, and productive. The seating choices will also allow my students more opportunities to collaborate with one another by having comfortable places to sit around the room while working in small groups or with partners. A student's learning environment will impact their achievement. As a result of flexible seating my students will be enthusiastic, engaged, and active learners. My students are the main focus of my classroom and meeting their needs is extremely important to me. Flexible seating options will help me meet the needs of my students.
