Being able to provide each student with a novel of their own "I Am Malala" will help them with their reading and comprehension skills. They will be able to annotate the novel as they independently read because the novel will be their own to keep. The CD will help the lower level students be able to listen to a reader as they follow along and also make important notations, since they struggle on their own. Reading can take them to different destinations and experience other people and how they get over hard ships. Reading opens the doors to other experiences other than their own.

About my class
